Ha Tay lies in the Red River Delta, the south-west of and at the entrance to the capital city of Hanoi. Ha Tay is situated from latitude 20031’ to 21017’ North and from longitude 105017’ to 1060 East. Ha Tay is an ancient land taken shape by Son Tay region “Xứ Đọi” and Son Nam thuong area (Son Nam region).
